Product raw materials and product implementation standards. Pipe materials include austenitic stainless steel, super austenitic stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, nickel-based alloys, Hastelloy, and ferritic stainless steel; product implementation standards GB/T (national standard), ASTM and ASME (American Standard), EN (European Standard), DIN (German Standard), JIS (Japanese Standard).

Leading production technology and the specifications are complete. The company is equipped with its own raw material cutting and processing center to ensure the quality level of raw materials for pipe making; the automatic continuous forming process of stainless steel coil pipe making is used to produce welded pipes with specifications ranging from 6 mm to 1016 mm OD, 0.5 mm to 14 mm wall thickness, and 3,000 mm to 12,000 mm lengths each, of which the production line unit of DN1000 with a wall thickness of 14mm is the first one over the word; the single-unit forming process of steel plate pipe making is used to produce welded pipe with specifications ranging from 273 mm to 3,000 mm OD, 3 mm to 60 mm wall thickness, and 1,500 mm to 12,000 mm lengths. The range of welded pipe specifications (mm) produced by the steel plate pipe making process: OD 273 mm~3000 mm, wall thickness 3 mm~60 mm, length of each branch 1500 mm~12000 mm; the production equipment fully meets the requirements of the product standards of the whole process of production. The annual output design capacity reaches 60,000 tons.

Effective control of production quality, the product quality meet the relevant product standards. With perfect effective control methods, including quality assurance system ISO9001; environmental management system ISO14001; occupational safety system ISO45001; national laboratory CNAS, national special equipment production license (TS certificate A, B level) and the corresponding type test certification report; EU CE system covered by the PED and AD2000W0 recognition, and have the authority to issue PED 3.1 certificate; Statoil certification (NORSOK M-650); classification societies certification (ABS, BV, CCS, DNV, LR, KR, RS). We also carry out various quality testing programs such as X-ray testing (RT), Eddy Current Testing (ET), Penetration Testing (PT) and Hydraulic Testing in accordance with the requirements of the product standards. This ensures that the products meet the specifications of the product standards and provides safe and reliable stainless steel pipes and honest services to customers worldwide.
